Mrs. Padovani has been in the restaurant industry since childhood, assisting her familyy, which ran an elegant country inn in Ceyzeriat, France. She has been trained in classical service and worked in upscale Michelin-Star restaurants. With extensive experience in European-style front of the house service and a strong attention to detail. Mrs. Padovani is highly skilled and talented in the management of quality-committed establishments.
