The wine list at Padovani's Restaurant & Wine Bar features the largest selections in the State of Hawai'i. The number of wines offered will fluctuate between 750 to 800 selections, with an emphasis on American, French, and Australian wines. Attention is paid to pairing wine with food and the wine list reflects this philosophy. Padovani's also features 64 different wines by the glass in a state-of-the-art Cruvinet^TM system. The Cruvinet utilizes nitrogen, an inert gas, to prevent the oxidation of the wine, allowing experienced as well as novice wine enthusiasts to explore such diverse selections ranging from the progressive and high-profiled to the rare and exclusive. The Cruvinet^TM system compliments the Restaurants wine celler, which accommodates up to 3000 bottles in temperature controlled storage.

Padovani's features the finest producers including the amazing Cote Rotie of Guigal and the elegant white Burgandies of Ramonet, Maison Leroy and Remoissinet. Exquisite wines of the Loire Valley from Domaine de Baumard and the masterful Vouvrays crafted by Gaston Huet. And of course, not to be missed are the finest names in California winemaking - Beringer, Caymus, Dominus, Robert Mondavi, Silver Oak, and Staglin - just to name a few.
